Simbury Limited and Meridian Innovation Limited announced the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the thermal imaging module application and marketing in leveraging each party’s core competency to make the commercialization of product successful.

Meridian Innovation is a pioneering developer of advanced Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) thermal imaging solutions with operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, United States and United Kingdom. Its patented SenXor™ CMOS thermal imaging technology, which enables mass producible Long Waved Infrared (LWIR) products for consumer and commercial applications, promotes safer and better living.

Simbury is the leading Integrated Circuit (IC) solution platform for metaverse and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications by providing a system-level design platform with proprietary chip architecture and algorithm for always-on AIoT and immersive experience.

Simbury and Meridian Innovation share common research and commercial interests. The MoU explores the use of Meridian Innovation’s thermal imaging solutions for product development and customer design-in opportunities.
