Simbury InnoTek’s Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Danger Zone System and UWB Tower Crane Alert System, officially listed on the Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF) pre-approved product list under reference numbers PA25-056 and PA25-124 respectively, are featured on www.citf.cic.hk. These advanced systems are designed to precisely define access and danger zones both indoors and outdoors, providing prompt warnings to workers to maintain a safe distance from hazardous loading and unloading areas of tower cranes as well as from mobile plants, which present significant safety risks on site.
Together, both UWB systems incorporate camera technology can automatically record video footage seconds before and after any safety event is triggered. This footage is accessible via our Central Management Platform (CMP), enabling detailed post-event analysis and swift incident response. Real-time alerts are also sent to supervisory personnel, ensuring immediate notification of any unauthorised entry into restricted zones. This combination of proactive alerts, sensor data, and visual evidence substantially enhances site safety by enabling vigilant supervision and preventing potential accidents before they occur.
Complementing these are Simbury’s Vibration Sensor VS112 and Tilt Sensor TS103, which continuously monitor structural integrity and equipment stability, enabling early detection of potential faults or unsafe conditions. Additionally, the GPS Logistics Tracker provides accurate real-time location data for valuable assets and materials, streamlining site logistics and enhancing operational control.
Simbury InnoTek’s systems form a comprehensive safety network tailored for construction environments, where timely information and rapid response are paramount to significantly reduce on-site hazards, protect worker welfare, and improve overall operational efficiency.
