Senior Lead Engineer/ Engineer, Electronic

Job Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Design: Create schematics and layout designs for electronic components, and design/build IoT devices and wireless equipment based on client specifications.
  • System Development: Engage in system architecture design, circuit design, and software programming, overseeing project stages from concept to production.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct comprehensive product and system testing, including debugging, root cause analysis, and quality improvements.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Ensure thorough documentation throughout all R&D stages, including specifications and configuration drawings, while evaluating existing products for design enhancements.
  • Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly and integration of devices and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with minimum 5 years of related experience. Candidates with less experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic PCBA design, prototyping, and testing, with at least 2 years in IoT device development.
  • Familiar with CAD tools and soldering skills.
  • Familiar with EMC/EMI standards and API integration.
  • Good to have experience in RF circuit testing and validation in the ISM band.
  • Good to have knowledge in microcontroller design (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino), programming (C/C++, Python, MATLAB),
  • Good language skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with strong documentation abilities.
  • A proactive approach in a start-up culture, fostering innovation and teamwork.
