Chief Sales and Marketing Officer / Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or Engineering related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years’ sales and marketing experience in technology industry, with demonstrated ability to achieve sales target and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry and market dynamics.
